    To file a claim, go to your rental history, select the affected rental, and click 'File Insurance Claim'. Provide photos and a description of the damage or incident. Our team will review within 24-48 hours.

    What is the deductible?

    The deductible varies by item category, typically ranging from 100-500 Dh. Higher-value items may have higher deductibles. The exact amount is shown before confirming each rental.

    Are there items not covered?

    Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, intentional damage, and items used outside agreed terms are not covered. Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality may have limited coverage.

    How long does claim processing take?

    Most claims are processed within 3-5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.
